If you receive an empty or damaged package and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Absolutely no returns on items received unless it’s empty or damaged.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges. 

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

Email us via orderupdates@rangermode.com and provide all the details of your order and the reason for being unsatisfied with the purchase. Our customer support will evaluate the case and send you further information regarding your refund within 3 working days.
